THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Marketing Analyst to support the financial feasibility of strategic marketing initiatives with accurate and timely reporting as needed. The Marketing Analyst produces forecasts, pro-forma and post-forma reports, and ad hoc analyses. Strategic and critical thinking skills are required to interpret complex business problems, design, develop, and execute effective solutions, and analyze marketing campaign results to provide actionable information to leadership.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Identify criteria requirements for campaigns; create, validate, and distribute analyses to support strategic marketing initiatives.
Create analytical content including campaign forecasts, post-analyses, and ad-hoc reports.
Provide and interpret data to produce insights and recommendations to marketing leadership.
Identify and analyze crossover trends between segments and properties.
Understands and champions the MGM Rewards program and marketing campaigns to promote customer retention.
Work with multiple MGM Resorts departments including but not limited to COEs, Corporate Analytics, Direct Marketing, Brand, Information Technology.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's Degree Required
2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Analytics, Casino Marketing, Database, or related field Required

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$59,000.00 - $78,700.00This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
