Multi-Site Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Multi-Site Quality Engineer (m/w/d) to act as the key link between Manufacturing Plants and Technical Control Labs. In this role, you will partner with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing teams to improve plant quality performance, support new product introductions, resolve manufacturing challenges, and implement best-in-class quality systems.

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites.
  • Support plant leadership in driving quality performance and operational excellence.
  • Manage investigations and resolve manufacturing and technical issues using Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
  • Support new product commercialization, product transfers, and acquisition integrations.
  • Drive implementation of quality-related systems, processes, and digital tools.
  • Deliver training and guidance to quality teams across multiple sites.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering-related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technical Services, or Product Development.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence change and work effectively in a global, matrix environment.
