About This Role:

We are looking for a Senior Technical SEO Manager to join our Marketing team in the Madrid Office. This position ensures the technical SEO integrity of our multilingual community commerce platform across nine international markets - like mydealz.de, hotukdeals, and more. It combines classic Technical SEO with solid AI, data, and automation skills to ensure that indexing, category, and reporting workflows are scalable and not manual.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct technical audits, crawl/log-file analyses, and manage indexation (noindex, canonicals, robots.txt) to resolve issues on a platform with large URL volumes.
  • Strategically advance our Entity Optimization and Semantic Search capabilities through structured data (Schema.org) and internal linking to build a machine-readable Knowledge Graph.
  • Drive the technical readiness of the platform for generative search engines (GEO) and AI-powered answers (AIO), including managing AI crawlers.
  • Build and automate internal tools, apps, and monitoring workflows using an AI-first approach with tools like Claude, Lovable, v0, Cursor, and n8n.
  • Establish workflows to measure and analyze our visibility within AI answers and translate SEO goals into actionable technical requirements for Product & Tech teams.

 Your Profile:

We’re looking for someone with deep experience in technical SEO for large-scale websites, who has a proven ability to leverage AI and automation to create scalable systems.

  • Proven experience working with Screaming Frog, GSC, Ahrefs/SISTRIX/SEMrush; HTML/CSS, JS rendering, Schema.org;
  • Deep understanding of entity-based search and Knowledge Graphs; AI-first building with LLMs (Claude, Lovable, etc.).
  • Nice to have: Dashboarding, database experience, programmatic SEO, and experience building agent/tooling infrastructures (n8n).
  • Experience isolating platform-wide patterns and algorithmic anomalies across all markets, distinguishing business impact from digital noise.
  • Systematically dissects root causes when algorithms change, finding creative workarounds where standard tools reach their limits.
  • Experience translating highly complex technical SEO dependencies into clear business value for Product Owners and developers.
  • Independently identifies and prioritizes high-impact actions and documents workflows to ensure team resilience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English; any other language is a plus
