The foundation exists, but there's real room to take ownership, shape, and elevate it across processes, tooling, and strategic initiatives. You'll report to our Finance Lead and work closely with our Founders and Leadership team.What You'll OwnReporting & Business ModellingDesign and own the Financial Reporting Package: consolidate sales, energy, and accounting data into actionable insightsSupport Board & Investor Reporting with data, analyses, and slide contentBuild business cases for strategic projects, e.g. strategic partnerships or new market entryPlanning & ForecastingOwn rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and 3-5 year strategic plansBuild and maintain the financial models that enable our growth ambitionsData & Cross-Functional CollaborationNavigate complex, fragmented data from multiple sources (CRM, billing, energy database, DATEV), you make numbers that make senseWork closely with our Tech/Data team to understand energy-specific data (pricing, accruals, time series) and translate it into financial metricsYour First 90 DaysMonth 1: Month 1: Understand our business model, data landscape, and stakeholders. Map data sources, learn our reporting and planning processes and take first ownership of recurring tasks.Month 2: Take over core reporting and planning processes. Stabilize what exists, start consolidating data from multiple sources into one coherent package, and identify quick wins for automation and toolingMonth 3: Co-own the forecast and reporting cycle.
