We are seeking an experienced R&D Project and Release Manager to drive cross-functional execution across its multidisciplinary development organization.

Reporting to the VP of R&D, the role will work with all R&D teams and closely with Product, Program Management, and Operations. 

Responsibilities - what you’ll be doing:

  • Drive sprint and release execution across R&D teams.
  • Translate product priorities and program commitments into integrated development plans.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers, and drive their resolution.
  • Coordinate release scope, integration, verification, readiness, and delivery.
  • Provide clear execution status and forecasts to R&D leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Improve planning, reporting, and release-management processes.


Requirements

Requirements - does this describe you?

  • At least five years of experience as an R&D Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Technical Program Manager. 
  • Proven experience managing complex development activities involving multiple engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience driving sprint execution, integrated planning, dependencies, risks, and releases.
  • Strong ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent Hebrew and English.

Advantages - these will bring you to our front row:

  • Experience with software development processes and software release management.
  • Experience working with Agile or hybrid development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with the Atlassian toolchain, particularly Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary systems combining software, mechanical, electrical, embedded, integration, and QA activities.
  • Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, automotive, defense, or other complex technology products.
