Here, you will make an impact by:Managing relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholdersDelivering sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory managementUsing data and analytics to inform business planningIdentifying and solving customer financial & clinical priorities & constraintsLeverage hospital network & various contacts to identify expansion and conversion opportunitiesPersuading key stakeholders at accounts to advocate for proposed solutions and productsIncreasing mix of NPIsCollaborating with channel/distribution/kitting partners to manage relationships and align on mutually beneficial tactics/programsOffering new and ongoing in-servicing, education, technical support and troubleshooting product-related issues as neededLeveraging publications and industry guidelines to influence product adoption and standardizationDriving contract compliance and standardization opportunitiesConsulting with clinicians on safe and effective use of productsDemonstrating proficiency upon successful completion of sales training programLeveraging company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking.Representing Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiumsDriving Requirements:This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program.
