必要な条件/経験:
- 学士号を取得していること（同等の実務経験でも可）。
- コンサルティング、IT サービス、または関連分野に携わった 10 年以上の経験。
- 組織のクラウド移行、デジタル実装、マネージド サービスの運用のいずれかを主導した経験。
- IT インフラストラクチャまたはクラウドネイティブ アプリケーションの開発に携わった経験。
- 日本語と英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、国内外のステークホルダーと直接やり取りできること。
望ましい経験/スキル:
- 経営、技術、エンジニアリングのいずれかの分野の修士号または博士号。
- 顧客対応職種に携わった 15 年以上の経験。
- 人材、プロセス、技術の変更を伴う企業の変革を主導し、従来のオンプレミス システムをクラウドネイティブ オペレーションにモダナイズした経験。
- 期待されるビジネス価値と費用対効果（ROI）を評価し、テクノロジーへの投資に関する意思決定についてお客様にアドバイスを行った経験。
- チャネル パートナー / システム インテグレータと連携して、データセンターの移行戦略を策定した経験。
- Google Cloud エコシステムに関する知識。

Google Cloud コンサルティング（GCC）チームの使命は、お客様が Google Cloud のプロダクトおよびサービスを使用して IT 運用をモダナイズし、価値を最大限に高められるよう支援することです。
コンサルティング アカウント リードは、主要なお客様にとって信頼できるアドバイザーとなり、お客様が Google Cloud を使用してビジネス目標を達成できるようサポートするポジションです。組織、プログラム、技術に関わるクラウド戦略にお客様と共同で取り組み、導入への障壁を取り除くことが求められます。ベスト プラクティスを通じて、速やかなオンボーディングと変革の促進、Google Cloud の利用拡大につながる機会を見極めてください。
この職種では、お客様における変革を主導し、期待を上回るエクスペリエンスを提供しつつ、クラウドの導入を推進していただきます。部門横断型チームと協力し、経営幹部クラスのステークホルダーと関係を構築しながら、ビジネス目標を調整し、価値を提供してください。

Responsibilities
- 組織への Google Cloud の導入とオンボーディングを推進し、パートナーシップとサービスからお客様がビジネス価値を得られるように支援する。
- お客様とともに成功を定義し、ゴールの達成に関連する目標、ステークホルダー、マイルストーン、リスク、指標を定義した共同計画を作成することにより、価値創造を行う。
- ステークホルダーと関係を構築することで、お客様のビジネスと業界について理解し、ロードマップを策定する。
- 組織変革を通じてクラウドから価値を最大限に引き出せるよう IT 担当エグゼクティブを導くとともに、クラウド移行の成功に向けて人材の確保と育成を支援し、社員やパートナーの足並みを揃える。
- ビジネス、サポート、プロフェッショナル サービス、カスタマー エンジニアリングといった複数の部門を横断して、顧客対応を行うアカウント チームや経営幹部と連携し、技術計画およびビジネスプランを策定する。
