Help customers across India realise greater value from their Microsoft investments by accelerating adoption, driving business outcomes, and scaling the impact of Microsoft Services. As a Senior GTM Manager within the Asia Services GTM team, you will lead strategic initiatives that accelerate Services growth across India. Working closely with Area Services leaders, sales teams and cross-functional partners, you will drive execution of key priorities including Frontier and Core Execution to accelerate Unified, Enhanced Solutions and ISD. You will help shape go-to-market strategy, activate sales motions, scale best practices, and deliver the business rhythms, insights and programs that enable Services to grow consumption, accelerate customer value and achieve business outcomes at scale. As the primary advocate for your portfolio, you will champion GTM strategies that span multiple product and solution areas. You drive sustainable growth and ensure the field has the leadership, resources, and enablement needed to achieve lasting success. Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

  • Drive the landing and activation of Services GTM priorities across India.
  • Localise and execute regional and global GTM strategies based on market opportunities and customer demand.
  • Partner with business leaders to align Services priorities with Microsoft growth objectives and strategic initiatives.

Seller Activation

  • Enable and activate ATU, STU, CSU, ISD Delivery, SPT, and Services Sales teams through targeted communications, readiness programs, and field engagement.
  • Increase awareness and adoption of Services offers, solution plays, and delivery capabilities.
  • Drive field readiness for strategic growth motions and key business priorities.

Pipeline & Performance

  • Accelerate top-of-funnel activation and signal-to-pipeline conversion.
  • Monitor pipeline health, business performance, and execution quality across key growth priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve pipeline sufficiency, conversion, and sales execution.

Business Orchestration

  • Partner across Services Sales, ATU, STU, CSU, ISD Delivery, SPT, Finance, and Operations to drive aligned execution of GTM priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, campaigns, business reviews, and strategic programs.
  • Remove blockers, connect teams, and drive accountability to deliver business outcomes.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive disciplined business rhythms, performance reviews, and execution tracking.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through reporting and business analysis.
  • Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and execution challenges to support successful delivery.


Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
