Nebius Academy (powered by TripleTen) partners with forward-thinking companies to help finance teams adopt AI and build practical, job-ready skills that drive measurable business impact.

We design hands-on learning experiences that enable finance professionals to integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflows—from financial analysis and FP&A to reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and executive communication. Our programs focus on real-world business scenarios, helping organizations improve productivity, strengthen decision-making, and adopt AI safely and responsibly in data-sensitive financial environments.

As we continue expanding our AI for Finance portfolio, we're looking for experienced finance practitioners who have successfully integrated AI into their own workflows and can transform that expertise into high-quality learning content. This role goes beyond teaching—you will help design practical frameworks, real-world case studies, templates, and methodologies that empower finance professionals to work smarter with AI.

What you will do

  • Deliver engaging live sessions and applied workshops that help marketing professionals integrate AI into real workflows across research, strategy, messaging, content, customer communication, and performance marketing.
  • Co-design and continuously refine practical course content, including frameworks, case studies, exercises, and hands-on projects based on real marketing challenges.
  • Demonstrate repeatable AI-powered marketing workflows that move learners beyond ad hoc experimentation toward scalable systems and measurable business outcomes.
  • Teach learners how to select and combine different AI models and tools based on the task, balancing reasoning quality, creativity, reliability, speed, and real-time research capabilities.
  • Help participants connect AI outputs to marketing metrics such as campaign performance, pipeline contribution, conversion, customer engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Integrate emerging AI tools, model capabilities, and creative technologies into the curriculum while maintaining strong standards for verification, brand safety, and responsible use.
  • Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and the course team to ensure all learning materials are clear, practical, current, and relevant to modern marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation roles (B2B, B2C, or hybrid environments).
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing functions, including market research, positioning, messaging, content systems, lifecycle communication, performance marketing, and pipeline or revenue alignment.
  • Advanced hands-on experience across multiple LLM ecosystems, including ChatGPT / OpenAI models, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and emerging AI assistants or research agents.
  • Ability to select appropriate models and tools depending on marketing tasks such as research, strategic analysis, structured writing, creative ideation, content scaling, and long-context synthesis.
  • Strong practical understanding of generative AI workflows, including advanced prompting, iterative refinement, verification, fact-checking, hallucination mitigation, brand-safe content generation, and output evaluation.
  • Demonstrated model evaluation mindset, including the ability to compare outputs across models, assess reliability and bias risks, and determine when human judgment must override AI recommendations.
  • Experience using AI for marketing research, insight generation, strategy development, scalable content production, personalization, customer communication, and campaign planning or optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI creative and media tools (image, video, voice generation) and their practical and ethical considerations.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical professionals.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Availability to work within European time zones.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience conducting workshops, trainings, or internal enablement programs.
  • Experience working in both strategic and executional marketing environments.
  • Experience with B2B pipeline-focused marketing and close alignment with sales or revenue teams.
