Join us now to be a</p><p>part of this ground-breaking mission!</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>About this Position</u></strong></p><p>As a Category Development Associate, you will play a key role in growing ASTRO's Private Label Food &</p><p>Beverage business. You will own category performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive end-to-end</p><p>initiatives—from portfolio optimization and competitor analysis to new product development and commercial</p><p>execution.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Description:</u></strong></p><p>As our Astronaut, your missions are:</p><p>● Own and manage the performance of ASTRO's Private Label Food & Beverage portfolio, including</p><p>Ready-to-Eat and Ready-to-Drink products.</p><p>● Monitor category performance, sales, margins, customer penetration, and key commercial metrics to</p><p>identify growth opportunities.</p><p>● Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and consumer trend analysis to</p><p>recommend new product initiatives.</p><p>● Develop and execute category strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio expansion.</p><p>● Manage SKU rationalization, assortment planning, and product lifecycle management.</p><p>● Collaborate with Procurement, Product Development, Marketing, Campaign, and Supply Chain teams to</p><p>ensure successful product launches and execution.</p><p>● Coordinate project timelines, stakeholder communications, product samples, and launch readiness.</p><p>● Prepare business analysis and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.</p><p>● Continuously identify opportunities to improve category performance through data-driven</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><p>In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:</p><p>● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</p><p>● 2–4 years of experience in Category Management, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or</p><p>Commercial, preferably in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Retail, or Quick Commerce.</p><p>● Strong understanding of category management, product portfolio, SKU management, and product</p><p>lifecycle.</p><p>● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance, market trends, customer insights,</p><p>and P&L.</p><p>● Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Sumifs).</p><p>● Experience in competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and category performance monitoring.</p><p>● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.</p><p>● Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>● Commercially driven with a strong sense of ownership and a growth mindset.</p>
