Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
Job Location: hybrid in Warszawa, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk
Employment Type: Full-time
Essential Job Functions:
- configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers
- administration of ServiceNow instances
- resolution of Incidents
- preparation of project documentation
- participation in training and achieving new certifications
- sharing experience with other team members
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in ServiceNow implementations or technical administration (at least 3 years)
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Experience with ITSM and ITOM ServiceNow modules
- Knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS
- Experience in integrations (e.g. SOAP, REST)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Fast learning skills
- Willingness to work on stand-by duties (additionally paid)
Other Qualifications:
- Working experience in Agile project environments
- ServiceNow certifications
- Knowledge of AngularJS, Ajax
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL certifications
