- Design, implement, and maintain a vendor-neutral Item Master framework in Oracle Fusion PIM, including item classes, attribute groups, naming conventions, taxonomy, lifecycle governance, and enterprise-wide data standards.
- Establish and govern enterprise product and service taxonomies, implement duplicate prevention controls, maintain the attribute dictionary, and ensure catalog accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all business functions.
- Configure item creation workflows, validation rules, and approval processes while acting as the single point of ownership for Item Master governance across Procurement, SCM, Technology, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Create and validate Purchase Requisitions, ensuring accurate item classification, CAPEX/OPEX allocation, fixed asset configuration, charge accounts, and compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Gulf Warehousing Company/vendor to align PRs, delivery schedules, quantities, UoM, ship-to locations, and receiving requirements while resolving data-related receiving discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary interface for suppliers and OEMs regarding BOQ updates, Advance Shipment Notices (ASN), item substitutions, product obsolescence, and compliance with enterprise item coding, packaging, and labeling standards.
- Enable efficient sourcing, contract-compliant purchasing, and self-service procurement by maintaining governed catalog data, standardized commercial attributes, and structured enterprise product and service data models.

- Telecom domain experience is a must, including familiarity with: RAN components (AAU, RRU, Baseband, Massive MIMO), Core network functions (5G Core, IMS, Packet Core), and Transport / IP / Optical infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Product Information Management (PIM) or equivalent MDM platforms.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement (PR/PO), Inventory, and Fixed Assets integration points, including category-to-account mapping and CAPEX/OPEX treatment.
- Expertise in taxonomy design, data modelling, and enterprise naming conventions across diverse product and service categories.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, supplier agreements, catalog governance, and inbound logistics/ASN processes.
- Ability to derive structured data models from varied product and service portfolios.
- Experience defining attribute frameworks and validation logic with strong stakeholder management across Technology, SCM, Procurement, Finance, Logistics (GWC), and Suppliers/OEMs.
