The opportunity
General Project Management requires general business knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for an administrative or business process including: Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements. Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
How you’ll make an impact
This is a techno-functional role and will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows for project management‑related applications.
Support centralized intake of application requests for the Project Management function.
Analyze and compare requirements across units to enable reuse, standardization, or justified local deviations.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams, including user story creation.
Validate designs to ensure alignment with business requirements and they fulfill the future state of the organization.
Facilitate requirement and clarification workshops.
Define and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution tracking, defect clarification, and quality reporting.
Run training sessions and support application rollout and adoption from a business perspective across operating units.
Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement, assisting in the implementation of improvement initiatives.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Experience working with global stakeholders and multi‑unit application environments is an advantage
Bachelor of Engineering / business administration or equivalent
6 – 8 years professional experience, minimum 4 years in a similar role in Manufacturing or Industrial domains.
Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, solution deployment and end user engagement.
Experience with integration of various tools such as SAP, MS 365, and others.
Experience in developing solutions for Project management, Quality or Supply chain function.
