You will identify compelling sourcing opportunities, expand our partner network, and help shape the strategic direction of the category. We are looking for someone with strong market expertise, sourcing experience, and a relevant network in the luxury or collectible goods ecosystem. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to combine commercial intuition with a structured and analytical approach. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sourcing, analytics, operations, and portfolio management to help build a professional and scalable category. Your responsibilitiesSource attractive opportunities across luxury goods and selected collectible segmentsBuild, manage, and expand relationships with dealers, specialists, auction houses, platforms, and private partnersEvaluate opportunities based on quality, condition, authenticity, brand relevance, market demand, and pricingHelp define category focus areas, sourcing priorities, and strategic development initiativesNegotiate sourcing opportunities and commercial terms with partnersMonitor market trends, pricing movements, liquidity, and transaction activity across relevant segmentsWork closely with internal stakeholders across analytics, operations, and portfolio managementSupport the preparation of investment cases, valuation input, and internal decision-making materialsEnsure a professional and scalable sourcing process with proper documentation and transparency What we want to see in youSeveral years of relevant experience in luxury goods, collectibles, auction houses, resale platforms, dealers, or adjacent specialist marketsStrong expertise in at least one relevant segment such as watches, handbags, jewellery, or related luxury collectiblesProven sourcing capability and an existing network across relevant market participantsStrong commercial instinct combined with a structured and analytical way of workingAbility to assess opportunities not only from a category perspective, but also from a market and pricing perspectiveEntrepreneurial mindset, strong ownership, and a hands-on attitudeExcellent communication and relationship management skillsComfortable working in a dynamic and growing environment What you can expect from usA key role in shaping and building an important category within TimelessHigh ownership and visibility in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environmentThe opportunity to work on unique assets and help define a new investment categoryDirect impact on portfolio development, sourcing quality, and strategic growthA dynamic team with short decision-making paths and a hands-on cultureAbout usTimeless Investments, headquartered in Berlin, is Europe's leading platform for real-world asset tokenization.
