eCommerce Junior Merchandiser (6 months maternity cover)
Your Job:
As eCommerce Junior Merchandiser, you are helping to grow our European BrooksRunning.com business by executing back-end setup for local teams to create a seamless and inspiring front-end experience for consumers. You will work closely with the EMEA eCommerce Merchandisers to ensure products are available to sell on time, in every locale. You will be responsible for ensuring product information across different languages is correct and localized, while assisting in QA of EMEA sites. This individual will also be responsible for executing the pricing of products according to our seasonal schedules. This role requires technical skill and attention to detail, but also asks for an individual with a creative and curious mind-set with strong product sensibility.

You will be responsible for ensuring product information across different languages is correct and localized, while assisting in QA of EMEA sites. Your Responsibilities:
- Support the eCommerce Merchandisers with the creation of site content in line with seasonal goals and campaigns.
- Partner closely with the eCommerce Content Specialist on content marketing to execute against the content calendar and build / integrate rich content into web pages, facilitating a holistic campaign look and feel across the website.
- Utilize your understanding of product information and categorization to input product information accurately across locales and monitor the data flow from product information systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Understand the calendar flow for both inline and end-of-life products and maintain key deliverable dates to ensure on-time line launches and seasonal sales.
- Support the eCommerce Merchandisers with the implementation of new launches, site promotions and campaigns, including frequent updates on product merchandising across the site and updating product collections and categories.
- Ensure pricing is accurate for inline and past-season products across all sites by scheduling price books accordingly.
- Support the eCommerce Trade Manager to help drive our conversion and brand performance through support on analyzing customer behavior, site usage and the creation of A/B tests.
- Ensure assets for ecommerce campaigns are secured from the creative team and load assets into eCommerce platform or Content Management System.
- Perform QA/maintenance of our site to ensure all offers, landing pages, product collection pages, product detail pages and copy are accurate and localized.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Ecommerce platform and catalog management required; Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of Content Management Systems; Sitecore CMS preferred.
- 1+ year(s) of experience executing online customer experiences.
- Extremely task-oriented, with demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly.
- Is a problem solver. Proactively seeks creative solutions or ways to “hack” current state to achieve better UX/UI.
- Affinity with the Brooks’ product offerings and good understanding of the sportswear competitive landscape and e-commerce trends.
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics a plus.
- Data oriented and analytical
- Proficient in core Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities is a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.
