As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases of projects to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to foster growth and capability within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition.
- Strong capability in managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables to meet business goals.
- Experience in stakeholder communication and expectation management across diverse teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving collaborative decision-making.
- Competence in risk assessment and implementation of effective mitigation plans.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Transition.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
