As a Principal Digital Design Engineer on our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Define the micro-architectures and develop a design for our upcoming families of Automotive Microcontrollers, with particular attention to mixed-signal IPs/DSP blocks Collaborate with experienced Architects to assess the feasibility of ideas, refine ideas, and seed new ones. Making sure all the quality checks (Lint, Synthesis, DFT, etc.) are done using the required tools Collaborate with other designers and Verification engineers to bring quality to delivery Mentor Junior designers and coach them based on the need Analyze domain-specific workloads to identify performance and power bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement Work closely with a diverse and dispersed team , so you must have strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You combine deep technical expertise in digital design with strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for innovative semiconductor solutions. You have the ability to collaborate in international, cross‑functional teams and enjoy turning advanced DSP concepts into robust, efficient implementations. A University Degree in Electronic or Computer Engineering Approximately 10+ years of experience in digital micro‑architecture concepts and design including RTL development and tool flows Strong understanding of DSP fundamentals including sampling theory, quantization, FFT, spectral analysis, and signal conditioning Hands-on experience in digital filter design and implementation , including: FIR and IIR filter design Low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and notch filters Fixed-point and floating-point implementations Filter optimization for performance, latency, and power Experience in mixed-signal systems involving ADCs, DACs, sensor interfaces, or communication signal chains Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Python (SciPy/NumPy) , or equivalent signal processing tools Ability to model, simulate, verify, and tune DSP algorithms Understanding of noise analysis, aliasing, anti-aliasing filters, and signal integrity considerations in mixed-signal designs Experience translating DSP algorithms into embedded software , FPGA, or ASIC implementations is highly desirable Familiarity with verification and validation of signal processing functions in hardware/software environments Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Please send us your CV in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
