As a Deals - Restructuring Advisory - Experienced Associate, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets, and cash flows in client transactions
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by providing strategic advice and business diligence services
- Collaborating with clients to navigate complex transactions and maximize value in business deals
- Developing financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities
- Conducting financial statement analysis to identify key deal issues and potential risks
- Applying knowledge of corporate finance and financial management to advise clients on restructuring strategies
- Gathering and interpreting data from various sources to inform insights and recommendations
- Engaging in active listening and clear communication to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and taking ownership of tasks
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment and working with diverse teams to achieve client objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
