Multi Media Account Executive
The Herald Journal in Logan Utah is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling and direct sales efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough territory management to identify potential clients and assess their needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role within the industry.
- Strong skills in account management and direct sales techniques.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and market conditions effectively.
- Experience in cold calling and developing new business relationships is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
