About the job you're considering

Capgemini is looking for an experienced SAP UI5 / Fiori Developer to join our Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) team, supporting a highly secure and business-critical SAP S/4HANA environment. This is an opportunity to help shape the user experience of enterprise applications that support critical operational services, delivering intuitive, modern, and efficient SAP solutions.

As part of Capgemini's ADM practice, you'll work within a multi-disciplinary SAP team responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and continuously improving complex SAP landscapes. Our ADM teams go beyond traditional support, combining application maintenance, innovation, and service optimisation to deliver long-term value for our clients.

Your Role

• Designing, developing, and enhancing SAP UI5 and Fiori applications
• Creating user-focused solutions that improve usability, efficiency, and business outcomes
• Integrating front-end applications with SAP backend services using OData
• Supporting and maintaining SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and content management
• Troubleshooting and resolving application defects and performance issues
• Working closely with functional consultants, ABAP developers, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
• Ensuring developments align with security, quality, and development standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and user experience enhancements

Your skills and experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP UI5 and Fiori application development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Good understanding of OData services and SAP frontend-backend integration
• Experience supporting and enhancing applications within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• A collaborative approach and the ability to translate business requirements into effective user solutions
