As a Business Intelligence Analyst II for John Deere Financial at John Deere Brasil in Indaiatuba/SP, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and validating automated reports and dashboards to drive insights in support of JDF’S asset valuation team. This role works with a large volume of financial data sets with focus on leasing, remarketing and asset valuations. You will be based in Indaiatuba, Brazil and align with the JDF Asset Valuation Analytics team headquartered in Johnston-Iowa-USA, aiming to execute and deliver the analytics and insights needed to support the business units. ## Main Responsibilities
* Assist with requirements gathering, interpretation of business need and ongoing stakeholder support to identity solution recommendations to business challenges within Leasing, Remarketing Services and Asset Valuations at John Deere Financial;
* Build and maintain complex SQL queries in enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, becoming a subject matter expert in asst valuation, leasing, and remarketing data sets used by John Deere Financial;
* Create analytic dashboards, craft visualizations and deliver automated reports with a variety of tools including Tableau, Power BI, SAP Business Objects and Excel;
* Efficiently retrieves internal and external data and ensures that source data is accurate, meaningful and valid for use in analytics and reporting;
* Learn extensively from senior team members and work with Data Scientists and BI analysts in a cooperative paired programming environment;
* Engage with data scientists, data engineers and data catalysts to design, build and support analytics solutions across the whole lifecycle (research and development, proof-of-concept, pilot, production);
* Implement ongoing enhancements to improve cost, quality, and performance of analytics products;
* Support operational needs of production reporting (documentation, monitoring, alerting, automation, change management, security).
## Skills You Need
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field;
* Advanced English (broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate and conduct training sessions);
* Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, debug and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;
* High proficiency in one or more of the following: SQL, Python (PySpark), R;
* Intermediate skills in report building and graphing/visualization;
* Experience in one or more Business Intelligence reporting & visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Business Objects, Python Dash, R Shiny, etc;
* Proficiency with standard code editors, development environments, and version control tools such as Databricks, VS Code, GitHub, and/or other IDE’s;
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint);
* Technical aptitude to quickly learn a large set of business systems and associated data sets;
* Advanced problem-solving ability.
