As a Workforce Management and Deployment Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the deployment of employees within the organization, confirming that the right talent is in the right place at the right time. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful relationships and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, use a broad range of tools to generate new ideas, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the deployment of employees to align with organizational needs and strategies
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective talent identification and development initiatives
- Utilizing workforce analytics to inform staffing decisions and improve resource allocation
- Coordinating staff and resources to validate timely and efficient project delivery
- Developing and implementing staffing plans to meet dynamic business demands
- Analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations for workforce planning
- Engaging in strategic forecasting to anticipate future talent needs and align resources accordingly
- Supporting team development through mentoring and guidance to enhance skills and performance
- Facilitating stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and address deployment challenges
- Embracing change and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Business Analytics or Engineering are preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in workforce management, resource and capacity, deployment, people forecasting, preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required
