You’ll play a key role in keeping our customers on the road and satisfied.Your MissionSafety & Maintenance: Regular inspection and upkeep of our e-bike fleetDiagnostics & Repairs: Identify recurring issues, troubleshoot, and apply long-term solutionsSpare Parts Management: Order and maintain an optimal parts stock in your vanMobile Service: Perform repairs and check-ups directly at customer locationsCustomer Interaction: Collect feedback, ensure satisfaction, and represent our service standardsYour skills and qualificationsHands-on experience in mechanics, electronics, automotive, or similar technical fieldsPassion for (e-)bikes and technical problem-solvingFluent in English; Dutch is a plusValid Class B driving license is mandatoryAvailable Tuesday–Saturday, from 10:00 to 18:00 (overtime paid when needed)What you can expect from usExciting Industry: You'll work in the dynamic world of mobility - a constantly evolving field.Real Impact: Your work makes life easier and better for many bike couriers.Immediate Responsibility: Start making an impact right away and implement your own ideas.
