Do you enjoy partnering with sales, procurement, legal, and senior stakeholders to drive smart, compliant business decisions?First Advantage is looking for a Global Contract Specialist, APAC to manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of client and vendor contracts while serving as a trusted contractual advisor across our global organization.Position SummaryAs the Global Contract Specialist, APAC, you will own the full contract lifecycle - from initial request through execution and distribution - ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and operational requirements. You will act as a key liaison between sales, procurement, legal, and global stakeholders, playing a critical role in enabling business growth across the region.What You’ll DoAct as a contractual subject matter expert, ensuring contract redlines and approvals align with business, operational, and regulatory requirementsManage and review standard agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete prior to executionPartner with sales and procurement to assemble required documentation for specialized servicesSupport contract negotiations and serve as the liaison between sales/procurement, global operations, and legal—representing the company (with Legal) on client and vendor callsDraft routine contract language, manage SLAs, and support contractual documentation administration and renewalsMaintain contract records and renewal reminders within the contract management systemDeliver contract management training and refresher sessions to stakeholdersSupport strategic and company‑wide initiatives from a contract management perspectiveProvide support to corporate in‑house counselMentor and provide day‑to‑day guidance to entry‑level professionalsCollaborate cross‑functionally to support overall business performanceWhat You BringSkills & QualificationsProven ability to work in a matrixed, multinational environment under tight deadlinesStrong understanding of contract management principles, terms, and conditionsExcellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsFluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or contract management toolsSolutions‑driven, action‑oriented, adaptable, and detail‑focusedEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Paralegal Certification is a plus)3–5 years of corporate contracting experience, including at least 2 years supporting sales of servicesHands‑on experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and redlining contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and SLAsExperience working in an international or multinational environmentWorking Environment & Additional DetailsNormal office environmentIndividual Contributor roleTravel: Not requiredAdditional Posting Details:Work arrangement: HybridRegional scope: APAC with global stakeholder exposureWhy Join Us?At First Advantage, you’ll be part of a collaborative, global team where your expertise directly supports business growth and risk management.
