<p>To support our growth, we are looking for a skilled <strong>Digital Print Operator</strong> to join our production team in Berlin and help scale the manufacturing of groundbreaking printed electronic products.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Prepare, set up, and operate industrial inkjet printing systems</li>
<li>Execute production orders according to quality and process specifications</li>
<li>Monitor print quality and perform in-process quality control checks</li>
<li>Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues to minimize downtime</li>
<li>Perform machine maintenance, calibration, and routine servicing</li>
<li>Support production planning and continuous process improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Maintain accurate production and quality documentation</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Ideally 2+ years of experience operating industrial inkjet printing systems</li>
<li>Experience with Konica Minolta (KM) printheads is highly desirable</li>
<li>Experience in printed electronics, organic electronics, or advanced manufacturing is a strong advantage</li>
<li>Completed vocational training as a Media Technologist (Digital Printing), Print Technician, Process Technician, or a comparable qualification</li>
<li>Practical understanding of printing processes, inks, substrates, and quality control methods</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li>
<li>Structured and detail-oriented working style</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while being a strong team player</li>
<li>Good organizational and time-management skills</li>
