Skip to main contentEnglishEnglishBack to all jobsBC Leader (all genders)HamburgFull-timePermanent employeeApply for this jobYour missionsThe Blue Collar Leader is a Mechanic or a Fitter with strong experience assisting advising and supporting small groups of mechanics, fitters or electricians executing work orders on the shop floor.Guarantee the link between the Team Leader and the rest of the teamEnsure that instructions given by the management team are being followed by the teamSupport the Team Leader in his actionsManage activities planning and ensure the workload is distributed properlyRespect, apply and enforce internal and customer proceduresFill-in KPIs and common daily report of the work package to the supervisor and the customerEncourage daily meeting (SQCDP) & weekly meeting with the teamBe responsible for the application of FOD and security rulesPropose corrective actionsEnsure follow up and control of tools/materialsEnsure discipline within the teamReport to the Team Leader any deviation about standard, discipline, or concerns from the workersEnsure that handover are done correctly between teamsManagement of the request from the team membersEnsure proper documentation of work order/cleanliness of tools (SAP, Redmine)Operational supervisor: Team Leader.Your profileKnowledge of the aeronautical environment (security, safety and quality measures)Strong Experience on Airbus activities – 4 years minimumStrong experience in mechanic, Electrics or fittingsExperience in management of blue collars in manufacturing industryFamiliar with computer programs: MS Office programs, SAP, and Airbus internal toolsAbility to detect, report non-conformities and make sure they are correctedFamiliar with report writing (accurate and straight to the point)Good communicationSKILLSManagementProactivity and anticipationScheduling and setting up prioritiesFreely take initiativesDynamic and very flexibleStrict, reactive and autonomousSolution-oriented mindsetGood at stress and pressure managementA well-developed ability to adaptWhy join Derichebourg?Elevate your career in a diverse and inclusive setting that celebrates differences.
