Role
Enterprise Account Executive — Latin America
Full-time, Remote - Latin America
We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own complex, multi-stakeholder deals with CPG brands, beverage bottlers, retailers, and distributors across Latin America. You'll run full-cycle sales from first conversation to signed contract across buying committees that span trade marketing, category management, IT, and the C-suite — often across multiple countries and in more than one language.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do
- Own full-cycle enterprise deals from qualification through close, managing buying committees of 6–10 stakeholders across trade marketing, category, sales operations, and IT.
- Build and defend the business case. Translate Wisy's outcomes into the language each stakeholder cares about: ROI for the economic buyer, technical fit for the CIO, field adoption for the VP of Sales — and do it in the stakeholder's own language, Spanish, Portuguese, or English.
- Build relationships in-region. In much of LATAM, enterprise trust is earned in person. You'll invest in face-to-face meetings, referrals, and long-term relationships, not just remote demos.
- Qualify with rigor. Run a disciplined qualification framework (MEDDPICC or equivalent) so we invest in winnable deals and walk away early from the rest.
- Generate pipeline. Source net-new opportunities through targeted outbound, conference and industry-network relationships, referrals, and account-based plays across markets — not just inbound and warm intros.
- Navigate procurement and security across markets. Drive deals through legal, security review, and country-specific procurement without losing momentum or letting the deal stall in committee.
- Run a clean forecast. Maintain accurate stage hygiene and forecast in HubSpot, and give leadership a trustworthy read on what's going to close and when.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work with Marketing on account-specific collateral, with Product on capability gaps that surface in deals, and with Customer Success on a clean handoff that sets up expansion.
- Carry and exceed a quota tied to net-new and expansion revenue.
What we're looking for
- AI literacy. You use agents inside your workflow.
- Based in Latin America, able to collaborate closely with a US-based HQ across overlapping time zones, and able to travel across the region for customer meetings and industry events.
- Fully fluent in Spanish and professional English. Portuguese is a strong plus and may be required depending on whether your patch includes Brazil.
- This is a quota-carrying position; you must have carried a $1.5M+ USD quota in the past and have achieved it.
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with a documented record of closing six-figure-plus USD deals and consistently hitting or beating quota.
- Full-cycle ownership. You've personally run deals from prospecting through close, not just inherited them at the proposal stage.
- Multi-stakeholder selling. You've navigated buying committees with competing priorities and sold to both economic buyers and technical/IT evaluators in the same deal.
- A repeatable qualification discipline. MEDDPICC or equivalent that you actually use.
- Long, complex, relationship-led sales cycles. You're comfortable with 6–12 month cycles, procurement, security reviews, and pilots-to-production motions — and with cycles that can span multiple countries and buying cultures.
- Technical credibility. You can hold your own in a conversation about platform architecture, integrations, and data without needing an SE in the room for every call.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in Spanish and English. You can build a crisp business case in a deck and an email, and you can present to the head of growth.
- CRM discipline. You keep your pipeline clean and your forecast honest in HubSpot or Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into CPG or beverage across LATAM, especially to distributors, regional bottlers, or large retail groups (the Coca-Cola bottling system, regional grocery chains, and family-owned conglomerates that anchor enterprise buying in the region).
- Familiarity with retail execution, trade marketing, field sales, merchandising, or supply chain problems and the systems that touch them.
- Experience selling AI, computer vision, or data platforms into enterprises that need a real ROI case, not a hype pitch — including markets where the category still needs education.
- Experience as an early enterprise hire at a startup, comfortable building process where little exists.
- Portuguese, and experience selling across multiple LATAM markets.
What We Offer
- This role offers a competitive USD-denominated OTE of $150K+, plus equity.
- A category-defining product with marquee logos already on the board and clear room to expand them.
- You'll work directly with the founders. This is our first enterprise sales role in the region and a critical hire as we scale across LATAM.
- Backing from top-tier investors like 8VC, Google, NVIDIA, and the Coca-Cola Foundation, with strategic partners across the CPG world — including deep relevance to the LATAM bottling and retail ecosystem.
- Remote-first culture with travel to customers, summits, and conferences across the region when needed.
