Sensenig & Weaver is a family-owned well drilling and water systems company that has proudly served residential and agricultural customers throughout Lancaster and surrounding counties since 1973. We specialize in drilling water and geothermal wells and installing and servicing well pressure systems while providing dependable service our customers can count on. What You'll Do as Our Office & Permit Assistant

  • Answer incoming phone calls and serve as the friendly first point of contact for customers.
  • Gather customer information, including property details, contact information, and project specifications.
  • Prepare preliminary estimates using company templates and established pricing guidelines, then send estimates to customers.
  • Coordinate signed estimates and transition projects to the sales team for the next phase of the process.
  • Prepare and submit permit applications to county and local regulatory agencies while tracking their progress.
  • Communicate with municipalities to obtain additional information and ensure permits are processed and closed accurately.
  • Maintain organized customer records, permit files, and electronic project documentation throughout each stage of the project.
  • Submit required close-out documentation, including well logs, pump test results, and other reports, to keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.
