Our TA Operations team partners with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient hiring processes and an exceptional candidate experience. As a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless, candidate-first hiring experience through strong coordination, operational excellence, and process execution.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones, ensuring a smooth scheduling experience.
  • Manage interview logistics, confirmations, and schedule changes with accuracy and urgency.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to keep hiring activities on track.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within Workday Recruiting and other TA systems.
  • Generate and issue offer documentation and support pre-hire activities, including background checks.
  • Leverage AI tools and technology to improve productivity and streamline TA workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability.

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
