The Cash and Trade role is responsible for providing high-quality service to internal and external customers by ensuring their expectations are consistently met, maintaining high standards and supporting the expansion of the Trade business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Financial Institutions and Corporate clients via email, phone and Zoom, while delivering an excellent client experience
- Understand and adhere to all internal rules, policies, procedures and applicable regulatory requirements
- Perform screening of trade finance and trade services transactions in accordance with all applicable policies and controls
- Process and book trade finance and trade services transactions accurately and in line with established procedures
- Monitor due contracts and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion
- Execute daily and monthly controls and prepare internal reports for processed transactions
- Report and document any exceptions or non-standard items
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track process quality and progress and collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and locations
