What You'll Do
Operate CNC grinding and machining equipment following standard work instructions.
Load and unload parts while monitoring machine performance.
Inspect parts using gauges and precision measuring tools.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Work closely with experienced machinists, engineers, quality, and maintenance teams.
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Strong attendance, reliability, and positive attitude.
Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
Team-first mindset with a commitment to safety.

Education
High school diploma/GED
Qualifications
- 2+ years of related machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with precision grinding and milling machines.
- CNC machining experience preferred.
- Experience with multi-axis machining, including 5-axis grinding and 3-axis milling.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset.
