As a Salesforce LwC Developer-SA, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions within our Commercial & Service Excellence network. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance their business processes. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex challenges and build meaningful client relationships. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, guiding them in delivering quality work and growing their skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Salesforce practice, focusing on the Service Technology - Salesforce Service Cloud. You will be responsible for analyzing client requirements, designing solutions, and implementing Salesforce applications that drive business value. Your ability to anticipate client needs and deliver solutions that meet those needs will be crucial. This position offers a chance to deepen your understanding of the business context and develop your personal brand while contributing to the success of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing Salesforce Lightning applications to enhance client service capabilities
- Managing Salesforce Service Cloud projects, confirming alignment with business objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise software solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize business processes and systems
- Designing innovative solutions using emerging technologies to address client needs
- Leading the development of training materials to support technology implementation
- Conducting requirements elicitation to inform project architecture and budgeting
- Providing technical consultation to support enterprise integration and technology innovation
- Embracing change and fostering inclusion within project teams to drive successful outcomes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
