About the location:

About the role

To ensure the cleaning and supplying of guest units and the comfort of all guests, able to perform room check in details for the conform of the guest.

What you will do

People Functions

• Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments.

• Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Assist in all areas of Housekeeping as assigned

• Assist in other areas of the department as needed.

Product Functions

• Has a set number of rooms to clean during a shift.  Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen room. Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure. Makes bed. Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.  Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
• Complete work order of maintenance / repairs and report to housekeeping coordinator. Contact directly for urgent repairs.
• Accommodate guest requests of Housekeeping items or additional supplies expediently and courteously. Follow up on delivery and return of all such items
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens etc.
• Restock mini bar items.
• Keep clean all guest corridors, BOH pantries and corridors
• Check room status through HotSOS and enter the room according to the procedure.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping / Housekeeping Assistant Manager

Profit Functions

• Check all the room amenities and items condition and report to Floor supervisor

What you bring

High School education or equivalent experience

Prefer one to two years experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization

Schedule & Hours:

•     40 working hours per week. 

•     10 days off every month except February　（9 days）
