Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, AV, you won’t just be "reviewing documents" - you’ll be a strategic architect of our growth. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge tech, real estate, and corporate and commercial law in an industry that is literally redefining mobility.<hr><h3>The Impact You’ll Make</h3><ul><li>Build the Infrastructure: You’ll take point on real estate and land use, negotiating leases and charging agreements that form the physical backbone of the business.</li><li>Fuel the Business: Beyond core commercial contracts and MSAs, you’ll help drive the legal strategy for our facility operations - negotiating construction and development matters that turn our real estate vision into physical reality.</li><li>Bridge the Gaps: You’ll be the "connective tissue" for our Infrastructure team, and will collaborate with other teams at Moove as required to ensure legal strategy is perfectly synced with business reality.</li><li>Direct the Experts: You’ll manage relationships with outside counsel, ensuring we get world-class results while keeping an eye on the bottom line.</li></ul><hr><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li>Juris Doctor &amp; Bar Member: You hold a J.D. from an accredited school and are an active member in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.</li><li>Experienced: You have 6-8 years of experience in a law firm or in-house environment, with significant experience in commercial real estate law, including a strong background in commercial leasing, land use, and construction matters, as well as corporate and commercial law.</li><li>A Precise Negotiator: You have an "eagle eye" for detail but a "bridge-builder" mindset in negotiations.</li><li>The Startup Athlete: You thrive in fast-paced environments, can juggle urgent priorities without dropping the ball, and are comfortable working autonomously.</li><li>Tech-Curious (Bonus): If you have experience in the automotive or AV space, you’ll hit the ground running even faster.</li><li>Global Perspective (Bonus): International (non-US) experience is a plus.</li></ul><hr><h3>Why Moove?</h3>We’re not just moving cars; we’re moving the world forward.
