In this role, you will interact directly with customers, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered. You will also do your utmost to help resolve any issues a customer may have, right there, right then. Who are we looking for? We are looking for people who are level-headed, have a mature mind-set, combined with enthusiasm, energy, and drive. It can be a demanding role and you’ll need to be able to commit to some weekend work as well as weekdays, but for the right person, it’s an amazing opportunity to work for one of the UK’s most valuable brands. You will get to work with a fun, diverse and driven team who love what they do and will inspire you to be your very best!  Key accountabilities and decision ownership: · As a Retail Sales Adviser, your focus will be on sales delivery and supporting your team in achieving team targets. · To provide a high-quality service to customers and complete tasks accurately. · Choose the best way to deliver your work, operating within the current frameworks and processes of your team and department. · TNPS (touchpoint net promoter score) & Visual mystery shopper score (in-store). · Sales dashboard. · Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements. · Adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines at all times.
