Powering a new electric world for a brighter, more secure future.Job DescriptionSummary: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, secure, and efficient handling of all materials entering and leaving the facility. This role partners closely with department leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders to balance inventory accuracy, cost control, and operational efficiency. The Warehouse Supervisor leads, by example, promotes a safety-first culture, and drives continuous improvement and quality across warehouse processes. Accountabilities:Oversee receiving, warehousing, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and efficiencyDevelop, implement, and enforce warehouse policies and proceduresEnsure effective, safe use of warehouse equipment and compliance with safety standardsHire, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team membersMaintain accurate documentation and records of all warehouse activitiesControl inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliation with inventory systems and timely material transactionsEnsure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirementsCollaborate with department leaders and vendors to support inventory and cost objectivesPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 5 years of warehouse management experienceStrong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control practicesProficient in inventory systems and data reconciliationForklift operation capabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong people leadership skills; collaborative team playerProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExperience with MRP and ERP systems; Dynamics 365 experience preferredProven ability to lead, train, and mentor warehouse staffStrong time management and adaptability to changing prioritiesAbility to pass background check and drug screeningKey Performance IndicatorsSafety compliance and near miss reportingInventory Accuracy (cycle counts, adjustments, etc.)Excess and obsolete inventoryOn-Time Receiving and AccuracyOTD and accuracy of kitted materials to downstream departmentsLabor ProductivityAdditional InformationA Note to our Recruitment Partners: We really appreciate the interest, but MCG currently manages hiring through our internal team.
