We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.The Data Center Operations TeamThe Data Center Operations team keeps live, mission-critical facilities running while the buildings around them are still being built.Examples of key problems the team is working on:Operate 480V to 15kV+ electrical distribution, generators, switchgear, and UPS systems in facilities running live AI training workloads where downtime is not an option.Run safe switching, lockout/tagout, and energization procedures in buildings where construction, commissioning, and production operations overlap on the same electrical systems.Build the operating procedures, emergency response playbooks, and operator training programs for facilities that are scaling faster than any standard runbook covers.Drive incident response and root-cause analysis on electrical events so the same failure never takes capacity offline twice.Role ScopeOwn day-to-day operation and troubleshooting of medium and high-voltage electrical distribution, including switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and associated protection and controls, in live data center environments.Run switching operations, lockout/tagout, and energization work to NFPA 70E and arc flash standards, with documentation rigorous enough to stand up to a safety audit.Lead electrical incident response on shift and on call, isolating faults, restoring power, and producing root-cause reports that change how the facility is operated.Build and maintain SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs for electrical systems, and keep them accurate as new capacity comes online.Drive alarm...
