The Apprenticeship Training department, located in Kaiseraugst, is an integral component of how we innovate healthcare through developing young professionals in technical and social competencies. As we educate 300 apprentices in 15 different job profiles, our team is highly inspiring and motivates our young talents to become the best they can. As a member of the Young Talent Management team, you will learn how we support our talents and how we can make a difference between good and awesome talents. 

Your Impact

  • Contribute to our aim to keep our recruiting process on a state of the art level

  • Takeover responsibility for a specific client group for all HR related topics

  • Be single point of contact for all HR related questions for our apprentices

  • Be responsible to support a great candidate experience in our recruiting season

What do you need in your toolbox?

  • First experience in HR and/or Recruiting is an advantage

  • Knowledge of Swiss education system is a plus

  • You are an enthusiast of new technologies and you easily show engagement with people 

  • Fluent in German is a must (minimum level B2)
