As an LLM Engineer - Healthcare - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision making. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the design and development of advanced data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Guiding teams in leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems
- Utilizing data science workflows and algorithms to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- Building and managing data pipelines and data lakes to support large-scale data analysis
- Applying machine learning and natural language processing techniques to enhance data modeling and predictive analytics
- Overseeing the deployment of data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively
- Collaborating with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into data solutions
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and foster a diverse and inclusive environment
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and practices in data engineering and analytics
- Confirming data quality and compliance within analytics frameworks to support informed decision-making

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
