Inventory Analyst position - We are seeking someone to maintain accurate reporting of the company’s inventory counts and levels. This position must investigate and research discrepancies and administer proper field inventory procedures. The Analyst must be able to work independently but also serve on inventory project teams.
Essential Functions:
- Administers Field physical inventory for all technicians
- Reconciles 8-10 Technicians physical inventory per week
- Resolves discrepancies with technicians and performs and tracks inventory adjustments
- Uploads physical warehouse inventory into SamPro
- Collects on and relieves credit locations
- Cleans out final inventory locations
- Research and records discrepancies
- Creates and labels bins as needed in the warehouse
- Works as needed with inventory manager to evaluate inventory
- Serves on inventory related project teams
JOB COMPETENCES/EDUCATION:
- 1 year of inventory control procedures/best practices (e.g., Reconciling, Cycle Counting, Data Mining and Analysis) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge or aptitude for data systems
- Strong research and investigative skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Attention to Detail, Organized
