Develop and execute comprehensive project activities from initiation to completion.
Define project scope in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure clear objectives.
Manage project milestones and dependencies to maintain smooth progress.
Support the oversight of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
Monitor delivery performance and quality through metrics and status reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks as outlined in the project plan to ensure successful outcomes.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Knowledge of English (min. B2 level) and Polish languages.
Good organizational skills
Computer literacy eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferable experience in HR&Recruitment area
Demonstrates ability to understand client requirements
A Proactive and supportive attitude
Flexible, team player
Independence in problem solving
