Obsługi Pracowników UK.The selected candidate will be employed by Critical Mission Services Sp. z o.o., part of Amentum.Responsibilities:Utilizes knowledge management system to respond to requests from HR staff, managers and employees on HR or Payroll policies, procedures, and toolsCooperates with Payroll and other HR teams on queries received by the teamNavigates on company’s systems and tools and explains their functionalityProcesses information, data, transactions, and letter related to HR or Payroll dataTracks customer contacts and inquiries in case management systemMonitors case management system and reassigns tasks to appropriate teamsEscalates necessary matters to policy owners for resolutionPossesses strong interpersonal skills to successfully build productive relationships at all levels of the enterpriseConveys a professional, knowledgeable, helpful and confidential approachParticipates in special tasks and projects in order to support supervisors, teams and other stakeholdersRequirements1 year or more in HR or Payroll, or in a call center environmentProficiency with Microsoft applicationsExperience in using Workday and Enova would be an assetExcellent spoken and written EnglishAbility to handle confidential issues with discretionNumerical attitude/analytical skillsKnowledge of HR or Payroll policies and processesCustomer service experienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceWe OfferInternational working environment and unique company culture fostering individual career growth and work-life balancePersonal development opportunities and training in industry-leading toolsFriendly and supportive team atmosphereParticipation in global projects and process improvementsFull-time employment contract with competitive salaryBenefits package including medical care, life insurance, My Benefit cafeteria with co-financing for sports activities, employee wellbeing support programFlexible working hours (start between 7:30–10:00)Short Fridays (Monday to Thursday we work 8,5h.
