1. Role Focus and Responsibilities
The requirement is for a senior SAP FSCM resource who can independently handle:
o Requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops
o Functional specifications and solution design
o Cutover planning
o Supporting the ABAP team with design inputs
o Testing activities
o Regular project/status updates
o Mentoring and training junior team members
2. Primary Skill Requirements Finalized
Mandatory skills identified:
SAP FSCM Credit Management
SAP FSCM Collection Management
SAP FSCM Dispute Management
SAP S/4HANA Implementation experience
ECC to S/4HANA Migration experience
3. Experience Requirements
Overall experience: Minimum 12 years
Relevant SAP FSCM experience: 7+ years
Candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP FSCM implementations rather than only support engagements.
4. Fiori App Experience
SAP Fiori Apps experience was discussed.
It was described as a good-to-have skill.
However, Gaurav requested that Fiori App experience still be added to the JD since it would be beneficial for future requirements.
5. Certification Requirements
SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
Certification is considered advantageous but was not positioned as a hard mandatory criterion.
6. Location Flexibility
No location restriction.
Team members are distributed across multiple locations.
Requirement can be sourced as Pan India.
7. Domain Requirement
