Branch President – Employee Benefits

We’re seeking a Branch President in Baltimore, MD, who will make a meaningful impact by delivering proactive client service, thoughtful benefits strategy, and a high-touch experience for both clients and employees.

Responsibilities

 

What You’ll Do / Your Impact

Client Partnership & Service Excellence

  • Partner with clients to deliver employee benefits programs that meet organizational goals
  • Provide proactive guidance on plan design compliance and vendor management
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide clear accurate information

Operational & Compliance Excellence

  • Administer benefits programs including enrollments changes audits and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate documentation in systems and support compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with carriers internal teams and third party administrators to ensure program accuracy and efficiency

Growth & Retention

  • Support new business initiatives with Employee Benefits strategy input
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through service improvements or additional offerings
  • Partner with leadership and sales teams to support renewal planning and retention strategies

 

Qualifications

 

What You Bring

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in Employee Benefits HR or related consulting environment
  • Strong client service skills and experience managing multiple accounts or client programs
  • Knowledge of benefits programs compliance requirements and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

  • Experience with benefits technology platforms such as Workday ADP or similar systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret benefits data
  • Professional certifications such as CEBS PHR or SHRM

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives
  • Problem solving and critical thinking to navigate complex benefits issues
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced environment and manage client expectations
  • Collaborative mindset to work with cross functional teams

 

Additional Information

Compensation:Salary range: $200,000 – $250,000 per yearEligible for performance-based bonus
