The Territory Manager - Sales (Trade) will play a crucial role in driving sales and market share for our company's electrical and digital systems. Based in Hissar, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key accounts, including ADS and retailers. Your primary focus will be on primary and secondary sales, utilizing your strong sales and communication skills to achieve sales targets and grow our market presence.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including ADS and retailers, to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the Hissar region.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the management team.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and provide training to sales teams as needed.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the electrical or digital systems industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel within the Hissar region as required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and company strategies.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
