We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified) to join our finance team in Hyderabad. This opportunity is ideal for recently qualified Chartered Accountants as well as professionals with up to 5 years of post-qualification experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial operations, reporting, audits, taxation, and business decision-making.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial policies.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Perform account reconciliations and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
- Collaborate with various business functions to improve financial processes and controls.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- CA (Qualified)
- Chartered Accountant
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent understanding of taxation, audit procedures, and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Eligibility
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- 0–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, taxation, audit, or related functions.
- Freshly qualified CAs are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
