Recruiting Coordinator
Eudia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing People & Talent team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting our mission to attract top talent to drive our AI-powered legal innovation. You'll report directly to and partner closely with the People & Talent Lead, working alongside Hiring Managers and Candidates to ensure a seamless, efficient, and positive hiring experience while upholding our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking candidate progress in Greenhouse (our ATS).
- Own and maintain Greenhouse, including job postings, pipeline hygiene, candidate stages, and reporting accuracy.
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a welcoming and professional experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Source and engage passive candidates on LinkedIn for select roles as directed by the People & Talent Lead. This typically applies to lower complexity or higher volume roles, using creative outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate data and reports to support hiring metrics, pipeline visibility, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing recruiting events, career fairs, and campus initiatives to build Eudia's employer brand.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires with the People & Talent Lead.
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives for the People & Talent function as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role, preferably in a fast paced, technology driven environment.
- Some hands on experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn (Boolean search, InMail outreach, building talent pipelines).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with AI, legal tech, or enterprise software industries is a plus but not required.
- A passion for building inclusive teams and fostering a positive candidate experience.
Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 per year
The posted salary range is based on our research for companies of our stage and size while in compliance with California law. This is a base salary compensation range and we encourage those who are interested to apply and have an initial discussion.
