Labcorp is seeking a hybrid Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our team in Burlington, North Carolina.
Work Schedule
This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a schedule, with standard business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week in Burlington, NC (Wednesdays are mandatory) supporting both collaboration and flexibility. Up to 20% travel may be required based on project needs. Must be able to support all time zones as needed.
Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, or additional days, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst provides support for the Global Supply Chain team, enabling effective execution of strategic, operational, and administrative priorities across the organization. As Global Supply Chain continues to expand its partnership with business stakeholders, this role helps drive consistency in communications, presentation materials, reporting, and coordination activities. The Global Supply Chain team provides national-level support for field operations teams, including front-line staff, supervisors, managers, and directors. This role drives enterprise-wide process improvements through SOP development, analytics, and auditing. The analyst supports operational areas by leveraging KPIs and data-driven insights to enhance performance, standardize workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Global Supply Chain Senior Leadership Team (GSC-SLT) through the development and administration of team processes, tools, and procedures that improve organizational effectiveness and consistency.
- Coordinate leadership team workflows, recurring deliverables, and standardization initiatives to enhance collaboration, communication, and execution across Global Supply Chain.
- Partner with GSC leadership and key internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives, meeting preparation, communications, and organizational priorities.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and coordination of leadership presentations, communications, training materials, and departmental documentation.
- Support the identification and implementation of process, reporting, and technology enhancements that improve team efficiency and visibility.
- Collect, analyze, and present data, metrics, and business insights to support leadership decision-making and organizational reporting.
- Coordinate information gathering, material collection, and stakeholder input for presentations, business reviews, strategic initiatives, and leadership meetings.
- Support planning and execution of Global Supply Chain events and activities, including leadership meetings, onsite engagements, and other organizational forums.
- Create and maintain project plans, action trackers, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up documentation to facilitate accountability and progress across leadership team priorities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and operational activities across the Global Supply Chain team.
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables while maintaining a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-year college degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, healthcare, or laboratory operations.
- 1-2+ years of experience interacting with internal or external clients.
- 1-2+years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
- 1-2+ years of experience performing analytics and using analytical tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year college degree
- 4–7 years of operations, supply chain, healthcare, laboratory or business operations experience
- 1–2 years of experience in client interaction and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Labcorp operations, supply chain systems, laboratory systems, or contact center platforms.
Additional Job Standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analytics platforms.
- Strong written communication skills for corporate correspondence and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyze data from multiple systems and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision.
- Experience in project planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to support cross-functional collaboration and vendor communication.
