The Data Governance & Enablement Senior Analyst supports the execution of enterprise data governance programs (including privacy) by applying subject matter expertise and collaborating across business and technical teams. This role contributes to the development and operationalization of frameworks, policies, and tools, helping to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Essential Functions
- Support and coordinate the development of data and analytics governance documentation, including standards, procedures, controls, job aides, and training materials. Including execution of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) related operational capabilities required to sustain compliance with GDPR obligations
- Translate governance requirements into actionable procedures and workflows for business units
- Execute governance processes including data quality monitoring, metadata management, and data ownership / custodianship role coordination.
- Additionally, execute intake, triage, tracking, fulfillment, and reporting for Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), Extended/Enhanced Data Subject Access Requests (ERASR), and other GDPR-related operational processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and remediation planning for data quality issues.
- Assist in the creation of governance dashboards and reporting for leadership and oversight committees.
- Participate in governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder meetings to share insights and drive alignment.
- Provide guidance and support to analysts and junior team members.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in data governance."

Education
- Bachelor's Degree (required) or
- OR equivalent experience (required)
Work Experience
- 3+ years experience in privacy, data governance, analytics, or related fields. (required)
- GDPR experience required
Physical Demands
- General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.
Travel
- Occasional travel to include overnight stay.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.Please click here for a list of benefits for which this position is eligible.
