With every bike we deploy, we’re helping build the backbone of smarter, greener cities.Ride with us into the future – sustainable, efficient, and full speed ahead!Your MissionAs an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet across the DACH region. You will manage operational processes, optimize logistics workflows, and ensure our B2B customers are reliably supplied with vehicles at all times.Managing and optimizing day-to-day fleet operations across the DACH regionPlanning and coordinating logistics processes (delivery, pickup, location distribution)Owning operational KPIs such as availability, utilization and service qualityWorking with workshop/maintenance teams to ensure fleet availabilityManaging external logistics and service partnersIdentifying and implementing process improvements in daily operationsCoordinating closely with Customer Success and Sales on customer needsYour skills and qualificationsSeveral years of experience in operations, logistics or fleet managementExperience managing operational teams and external service providersStrong process and numbers orientation (KPI-driven approach)Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills in daily operationsWillingness to travel within the DACH regionGood German and English skillsNice to haveExperience in mobility, sharing economy or last-mile logisticsExperience with B2B delivery customers (e.g. quick commerce, food delivery)Confident use of fleet or route planning softwareWhat you can expect from usCompetitive salary aligned with your skills and experienceHigh operational responsibility with direct impact on customer satisfactionVaried role spanning strategic planning and hands-on daily operationsCollaboration with a dynamic, growing teamFlexible work arrangements with travel within the DACH regionDiversityCYCLE values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
